Grey Main Athletics

Three weeks ago we had athletics and we did sprints shot put discus,high jump, long jump and other stuff. I really enjoyed the long jump and shot put. Athletics started at 2pm and went till 6pm, it was called the Twilight Athletics.  I did high jump shot put and sprints I enjoyed the long jump the most because you got to jump into the sand and it was the easiest.

ratios work

for maths ratios this week we have been working problems out in our books then yesterday we made fruit cababs using ratios i will post mine when we find it we have also been doing work of simplifying ratios to.

Technology

This is my work I have been doing at technology in Miss Chowfins class we have been learning how to code and use python syntax and use the sphero robots.

prep

At our school we do prep every year prep lets u experience  having money and having a job. In prep there is a warehouse and a bank,  police and class businesses this year my group is making lanterns . I am the  CEO and our group name is lucky Lanterns. We're going to make these by getting a cans, filling it with water then freezing it, then when its frozen we get a hammer and a nail and make designs in it.

using basic python syntax

Today at digital technology we were using trinket to Coluler  and move shapes using python syntax and the website showed us how to type in code and u had to spell it correct or it dosent work we had to manipulate and control  this turtle called Tina bye moving her up and down right and left then we had to couler her and we had to put the couler we wanted into brackets.

We have just started learning about exposition/argument writing. Miss Power was showing us how to make a scaffold which is like the  plan or bare bones of writing or the  skeleton. We were also learning about cause and effect eg The fish died as a result of pollution in the water.

Food Pyramid
